Your username is usually in the format "firstnamelastname", with no spaces or punctuation.

Please note that this is a two stage process. You will be sent one email titled "Change password confirmation", to confirm your identity. Once you confirm your identity by clicking on on the link in this email, you will be sent a second email "Changed Password" which contains your new password.
