Password recovery

If you request help with a forgotten password, the process to reset it is in two stages.

First you will be sent one email with a code to confirm that you are the owner of the account.

When the first email arrives, click on the link in the email to confirm that the password should be changed.

Wait for a second email to be received with a new temporary password, and details of how to change it.

Each email may take between 5 and 10 minutes to be sent to you.
