Password recovery / Forgotten login details

If you have previously been issued a SUPA account and need help to recover the login details or reset the password, then you can look up and reset your login details using the link to Rest your password / Forgotten your username or password.

Note that, If you request help with a forgotten password or forgotten username , the process to reset it is in two stages.    First you will be sent one email with a code to confirm that you are the owner of the account.  Click on the link in the email to confirm.  Now wait for a second email to be received with a new temporary password. Each email may take between 5 and 10 minutes to be sent to you.

New Accounts

Staff, RAs, PhD students or others with a university email address from a SUPA partner may use the self-service account creation button at the bottom of this page.   

If you do not have an email address from a SUPA partner then please use the  manual account request form (manual account requests will be processed by the SUPA office staff).
