APP 2009, the annual meeting of the Astroparticle Physics Group of the Institute of Physics, will be taking place in Edinburgh on 7-9 June. You are warmly invited to attend.

Subjects to be covered include theoretical and experimental work in high energy gamma rays, cosmic rays, dark matter, neutrino astrophysics and nuclear astrophysics.

The conference includes a reception on the evening of the 7th, and the Annual General Meeting and election of the Committee. There will be a conference banquet and ceilidh on the evening of the 8th, which includes an after dinner speech by veteran parliamentarian and ex-Rector of the University, Sir Tam Dalyell.
