  • The thirteenth International School for Materials for Energy and Sustainability (ISMES XIII) 
     
    The ISMES scholarship covers the registration fee for students. 
    The first 30 accepted applicants will have their registration fees waived.
    Applications are open until 12th May.  
     
    The school takes place from 1-7 June 2026.  
     
    Registration
     
    The 2026 edition of ISMES will focus on cross-cutting themes, including:
    • Energy storage and battery materials
    • Renewable energy materials
    • Hydrogen and Power-to-X materials
    • Sustainable and circular materials
    • Catalysis and resource conversion
