Dear all,
this is a gentle reminder that the SUPA Annual Gathering is coming up on the 20th of May at the University of the West of Scotland, in Paisley.
This meeting is free to attend, and is a great opportunity for PhD students and post-docs to present their work. Those based in cognate disciplines, as well as in Education, are welcome to attend and participate.
SUPA is providing transportation to and from the meeting, in scheduled coaches from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee.
Please extend an invitation to others who may be interested.
We encourage students in their first year to present a poster, although they can request a talk if they prefer. This can be a proposal of the work they intend to do. Students in their second year and above as well as post-docs, lecturers, technicians, and all other members of the research community are welcome to give a 15-minute presentation about their work.
There are still some spaces available for talks and posters in the Physics Education Research theme sessions. If you haven't registered yet, please fill in this form: https://forms.office.com/e/21kTUpVhG6
Registration only takes a few minutes, and you can change your title at a later date. Please register soon, and update your title when ready, to allow us to schedule the PER session.
Looking forward to seeing some of you there.
Nic, Anna, and Linda
