We are looking forward to it and hope you can still join us.  

 

I am attaching the draft schedule for the day.  There may be slight changes before the meeting.  We will send another schedule in the days before the meeting.  

 

Please look this over, and check to see if you have a talk or a poster.  Some people who requested talks have been moved to posters due to limited space.  Apologies for any inconvenience.  Please also check that your name and title appear correctly and let me know of any errors.  

 

If you did not send your title already, please send that as soon as you can. 

 

If you can no longer participate, please let me know.    

 

Some themes are under-represented and we would love to get more applications.  If you work in the Energy, Nuclear, Plasma or Particle physics themes, please consider presenting your work at this meeting.  We welcome PhD students, ECRs, lecturers - all members of the SUPA community.  If someone is visiting your group, they are also welcome to attend and present.

If you are presenting a poster, it should be size A1, oriented vertically. 

 

If you are giving a talk, please bring it on a laptop with an HDMI connection, or on a memory stick.  You can also send us your slides in advance.  We will share more instructions about slides with presenters.    

 

We are planning a number of coaches and will follow up with this information.

If you are attending the SUPA Annual Gathering next Wednesday and signed up to a bus organised by SUPA to go to Dundee, the pick-up times can be found at https://my.supa.ac.uk/course/section.php?id=9246
