SUPA will host our first Careers Online talk for the year tomorrow, Tuesday 4 November at 1pm.
We will hear from Keith Goatman, a Principal Scientist at Canon Medical Research Europe Ltd.
Keith is based in Edinburgh, where he specialises in advanced medical image analysis and AI/machine learning. Canon Medical are one of the largest manufacturers of medical scanners worldwide, for which the team in Edinburgh develop state-of-the-art software to automatically analyse and interpret the images, improve image quality, maximise patient throughput, and improve patient outcomes.
Keith has a PhD in medical image analysis, an MSc in medical physics and electronics and a BEng (Hons) in electronic engineering.
