Locations

Lectures usually take place in the SUPA video-conferencing rooms. Not all lectures take place in all rooms.

Call and lecture times

In general, the VC calls come in at five past the hour and drop exactly on the hour. It takes a few minutes to set up the lecture once the call has come in. Lectures therefore usually start at about 10 past the hour.

Tutorials

Please note that tutorials will take place either in Glasgow or Edinburgh and are generally not available via video-conference. Please check this page and your course areas regularly for updates on the locations of these tutorials.

Due to local undergraduate timetables, lectures may not start or end exactly at five past the hour. The courses that are also offered to undergraduates are marked with an asterisk (*).

Please arrive in plenty of time for video-conferenced lectures.

An empty slot in the grid may not indicate that the rooms are free. Local lectures, meetings and late bookings are not shown in this table, select the Location in dropdown to see the individual availability using Google Calendar.

Entries marked in grey are labs tutorials. These will typically not take place in the SUPA VC rooms, details of their location will be made available in due course.

This timetable, gives a broad indication of availability, based on the planned timetable and enrolment, but may not show meetings or seminars.

We will be booking rooms where lecturers are teaching from. If other rooms are free, you may join from other rooms using details provided.
